Sober-OS™ is a registered trademark and coaching program operated by HazelFit LLC, doing business as Sober-OS ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). All references to "Sober-OS" in this document refer to HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS.
Sober-OS is a performance coaching and accountability program provided by HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS that delivers sobriety, fitness, and performance coaching to individuals and/or groups. The client acknowledges that coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling, addiction treatment, substance abuse therapy, medical advice, or any other form of licensed clinical treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, alcohol withdrawal symptoms, or a mental health crisis, contact a licensed medical professional or call 911 immediately.
HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS will exercise its best professional efforts, skills, and care to coach each client toward their stated goals. The client understands and acknowledges that HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS will not be liable — legally or otherwise — for the actions the client may or may not take as a result of coaching. No assumption of responsibility is made or given, and the client agrees not to hold HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS (Provider) responsible or liable in any form for actions taken of their own accord. The method and process by which advice and direction are given — whether written or verbal — does not constitute an agreement or liability on the part of the Provider and is acknowledged to be distinct from clinical, medical, and addiction counseling.
You (the client) agree that your participation in this coaching program is entirely at your own risk. Coaching services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, coaching services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with the program. Any actions or inaction taken by the client based on coaching received is done solely by choice and remains the sole responsibility of the client — not the responsibility or liability of HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS (Provider). The client takes full responsibility for all decisions made during and after the program, as well as the consequences of those decisions. The client enters coaching with full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
Sober-OS is a performance coaching and accountability program. It is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological counseling, addiction therapy, or clinical intervention. If you are experiencing alcohol dependence, withdrawal symptoms, or any medical condition, consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning this or any program. HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS coaches are not licensed therapists, counselors, or medical professionals. Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS makes no guarantees — expressed or implied — regarding specific financial outcomes, income levels, career advancement, sales performance, or revenue increases as a result of participating in Sober-OS. Any references to income, earnings, revenue, or financial performance — including but not limited to increased earning potential, improved close rates, or reduced income lost to alcohol use — are for illustrative and educational purposes only and represent potential outcomes based on general industry data and individual client experiences. They are not guarantees of results.
Your results depend entirely on your individual effort, circumstances, commitment, and a wide range of factors beyond the control of HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS. Testimonials and examples used in marketing materials represent individual experiences and are not intended to guarantee that every client will achieve the same or similar results. Past performance is not indicative of future results. By enrolling in Sober-OS, you acknowledge that you are making a personal investment in coaching — not purchasing a guaranteed financial outcome.
The 90-Day Full Commitment Guarantee requires documented completion of 100% of all program requirements including but not limited to: all daily check-ins, all scheduled training sessions, all coaching calls, all sobriety logs, and all program milestones as tracked within the Sober-OS platform. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of program completion date with full verification of compliance records. Partial completion does not qualify. HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS reserves sole discretion to verify completion records before processing any guarantee claim.
All materials, methodologies, training protocols, frameworks, and content provided through the Sober-OS™ program — including but not limited to the Zero Excuses Roadmap, coaching frameworks, training programs, nutrition protocols, the Sales Exec Script Library, and all proprietary systems — are the exclusive intellectual property of HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS.
The materials provided to you upon enrollment are copyrighted and may not be reproduced in any form, or by any means, without the express written permission of HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS. You may not reproduce, republish, display, perform, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content of these materials for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission of HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on these materials — including the Sober-OS™ name, wordmark, and associated branding — are registered and unregistered Trademarks of HazelFit LLC and other third parties that have authorized the use of such Trademarks. Nothing contained in these materials or on the HazelFit LLC website(s) should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the website without the written permission of HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS or the appropriate third party. Your use of the Trademarks displayed on these materials, or any other content on the website, except as provided in these terms and conditions, is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of program materials may result in immediate termination of coaching services without refund and may be subject to legal action.
Periodically, HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS may provide links to third-party websites or print materials that may be of value, interest, or convenience to you. This does not constitute endorsement of those materials, sites, or any associated organization, product, or service. It is the responsibility of the client to evaluate the accuracy of information at those sites and in print materials, including their privacy policies. In no event shall HazelFit LLC d/b/a Sober-OS (Provider) be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of such material.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Allen County, Indiana.
